26 01 2022 MilanMUN 2022 to Be Held Online

Due to the latest round of Covid-19 restrictions and the uncertainty stemming from the pandemic situation, after careful consideration—and not without tribulations—the MilanMUN team has announced the MilanMUN 2022 conference is moving to an all-online format.

Although we could hope for clearer skies ahead by the time our conference comes along, it is presently next to impossible for many schools who had expressed their interest to prepare for it effectively, and it is our conviction that, at this moment, pushing deadlines further back will not achieve much but create more uncertainty.

The website is being updated to reflect any changes to the conference we deem necessary to adapt it to its new, online-only format. In particular, we will soon publish an updated schedule. We have pushed back deadlines, so if your school is interested in our conference, you can still register here.

If, as a registered school, you have not received our latest updates regarding the shift to online, please get in touch with us to know more.

Once more, we hope to see you all face-to-face in Milan in 2023.

03 12 2021 The MilanMUN Post

The first issue of our MUN Club’s monthly magazine, the MilanMUN Post, is now available to download. Our Press Team and Ms Atena Longo curate its publication each month and will publish three special issues on each day of MilanMUN 2022.

25 10 2021 MilanMUN @ Bocconi Campus, Milan

It took a bit more time than expected, due to the lingering uncertainties inherent to the ongoing pandemic, but the MilanMUN team is back with some big updates. We are proud and excited to announce we are going forward with the organisation of our conference in person, at the Bocconi Campus in Milan. We have a limit of 450 face-to-face delegates, and schools from areas affected by Covid surges or restrictions can opt to take part in special online committees at a reduced fee. More info on fees is available here.

Considering the delays we have experienced, pre-registrations will stay open until the end of October 2021. All pre-registered schools may then go ahead and fill in the “Delegation Choice” form to tell us the expected size of their delegation and how they wish to participate (in person or online). Please check this page for more info on registration and fees. The deadline to fill in Form II “Delegate Registration” and to pay the fees, which finalises the process, is set for 23 January 2022.

You can expect to see the conference agenda, schedule, and a couple of surprises published here soon. In the meantime, the MilanMUN team hopes to see as many of you as possible here in beautiful Milan, Italy.

11 06 2021 MilanMUN 2022 Pre-Registrations Open

The MilanMUN team is proud to announce that pre-registrations to MilanMUN 2022, our 17th international Model UN conference, are now open.

MilanMUN 2022 will be held at Bocconi University’s city campus in Milan, Italy, on April 7-10 2022. Should COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time interfere with its good functioning, we will reevaluate the situation and may decide in good time to move all or part of our activities online. We will keep you posted.

Pre-registrations for schools are now open. You may use this link to register your interest. This will serve only for organisational purposes and to make sure you wish to receive updates on the conference. In September, we will get back to you with more information on fees, maximum size of delegations, and any other relevant detail.

Due to administrative reasons, only school registrations are accepted.

The conference’s general theme is “Building Global Resilience Hubs“. We sincerely hope our conference to be extremely appealing, educational and fun for all delegates, and we would be extremely pleased should you decide to include it in your bucket list for next year’s MUN season, which will be potentially very exciting.

We will keep our website up-to-date with the latest info available as we go along. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.

Looking forward to welcoming you to beautiful Milan next year!
